The Ocean Refuses No River: A Soul Motion™ Experience

I'd like you all to know that weekly Soul Motion™-inspired classes begin again, again this Thursday, August 13, 2009, at the intimate Jeffrey Bihr Studio in Oakland's groovy Rockridge district. We aspire to step afresh into each new day/dance/dream as it appears through and to us; last week's truly inaugural session at JB was a delight. Perhaps because I've been teaching a lot over the past few weeks (subbing for Zuza on Tuesdays in Berkeley and for Michael Stone's 5R community in Nevada City), or because the new space is smaller than the Temple in Pt. Richmond, I felt more grounded, open and spacious than I sometimes have in the past.
