Soul Motion® Foundations! Berkeley Feb. 2020

Soul Motion is a practice where we cultivate our capacity to listen to that profound body wisdom and to the quiet whisperings of our souls. Foundations is open to everyone interested in the fundamentals of the work. It is a pre-requisite for the Soul Motion Teacher Training Program and is based on the lifework of Vinn Arjuna Martí.
This five-day immersion is for those just beginning their Soul Motion path as well as for seasoned movers looking to refresh. Emphasis is on Soul Motion’s four movement landscapes — dancing alone, dancing with another, dancing with everyone, dancing in the everyday — with special focus on the platforms of pause presence, orbit orientation and echo inspiration.

Jo Cobbett in Berkeley, May 24-25

Returning with her deep and committed brilliance to move the people with words, music and presence, Jo's calling this workshop "Connection Correlation." She says, "it's a playful and reverent collaboration...between the opened mind and heart in motion." Sounds good, yes?
It's in Berkeley's noble Finnish Hall, Friday, May 24, 7-9:30pm, and Saturday, May 25, 11a-5p. Choose one or both sessions below. So thrilled to bring her back!
